Next Civic Association Meeting

The next Deerhust Civic Association meeting will be Tuesday, September 21th, 7:30pm at Lombardy Elementary.

Bylaws Change Effective

We collected enough signature to make the 2009 proposed bylaws change effective.  A copy of the bylaws is available here.

Water or Sewer Repair

According to DelDOT, a permit must be obtained from New Castle County Special Services any time one of our neighborhood streets needs to be cut open for sewer or water repair.  They will then contact DelDOT Permits at 326-4679.  This process is in place to ensure that the roadway repair is satisfactory and does not deteriorate the roadway any further.

CCOBH Delegates Needed

Deerhurst is a member of CCOBH (Council of Civic Organizations, Brandywine Hundred).  As members, we have the right to send two voting delegates to CCOBH meetings.  We currently have no delegates.  If you are willing to serve as a Deerhurst delegate to CCOBH, please let us know.
