Deerhurst Community Yard Sale! Saturday, July 28th, 8:00am–2:00pm

Last year we had 22 households participate, many of which made over $400 and we plan to make it even bigger this year!

The sale will be advertised online as well as in The News Journal. Signage, balloons and maps will be made available to identify the households involved. Each household will be charged a small fee (roughly $5) to cover advertising costs.

Next DCA meeting is Tuesday, September 18th at 7:30 pm at the Lombardy School cafeteria.

Water or Sewer Repair

According to DelDOT, a permit must be obtained from New Castle County Special Services any time one of our neighborhood streets needs to be cut open for sewer or water repair.  They will then contact DelDOT Permits at 326-4679.  This process is in place to ensure that the roadway repair is satisfactory and does not deteriorate the roadway any further.
